Joyo Shuzo Co.,Ltd|Kyoto
Joyo Shuzo Co.,Ltd|Kyoto
- 味わいの特徴
- This junmai ginjo-shu is made with 55% polished rice, using contract-grown "Yamadanishiki" rice suitable for sake brewing grown by Mr. Maekawa in Ichikawa-cho, Kanzaki-gun, Hyogo Prefecture. After brewing, the sake is bottled without filtration, and each bottle is carefully heated and stored in refrigerated bottles to ensure thorough quality control. It has a fresh and crisp ginjo aroma, a fresh and mellow rice flavor, and an elegant acidity that balances the overall taste. Immediately after the bottle is uncorked, you will feel the freshness and intensity of the aroma, followed by a gradual sense of cohesion and very good balance. It is recommended to be served cold, at room temperature, or lukewarm.
