味わいの特徴
The appearance is pale yellow-green with gray tones. The aroma is thick and robust, with a low center of gravity, straight out of the bottle. The nose is complex and evocative, with orange peel and coconut at first, then walnuts, hazelnuts, apricots, condensed milk, yuba, ginger, nutmeg and clove, rye bread with nuts and dried fruits, and white miso. The viscous body, which even seems to thicken, is vibrant and fresh, giving the impression of being rich and well-balanced. The strength and a hint of bitterness in the finish leave a delicious flavor in the latter half of the bottle.
