味わいの特徴
The wine has a youthful, greenish-blue appearance. The straightforward, good aroma is like water, and it is constantly changing to a denser, more intense aroma. Bitter vegetables and fresh thyme, reminiscent of wild herbs, greens and walnuts, are accompanied by distinctive long pepper and apricot accents. Tropical fruits such as pear and apple mango are also present, as well as fragrant yellow and yellow perfumed freesia flowers. The mild viscosity and the light minerality on the palate give it an exquisite liveliness. The mouth is moist, but the presence is strengthened by an impression of acidity that gradually seeps out from the mid-part of the mouth. The subtle bitterness that is felt in the second half of the mouth creates harmony during the first half, and the lingering aftertaste is spherical and fragrant, like an extract of floral extract.
