This is a single-flavor Junmai Ginjo made with Yamadanishiki produced in Aizu. It is the only one of our standard products designed with a negative sake strength, and is a key product with a good balance of firm umami and acidity. We value the "transparency" that is typical of Tenmei, which comes from careful and clean work, and express the medium elegance of Aizu Yamadanishiki in an overall balance with a sense of width.
