This junmai ginjo-shu is made from 100% Yamadanishiki, Hyogo Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing. The sake is bottled directly from the vat during the extremely cold season, without any sterilization or flavor adjustments. The ginjo aroma is reminiscent of melon, green apples, and other fresh fruits, and the well-balanced richness and smoothness are exceptional! Please enjoy it in a wine glass or other thin glass.
