The sake is bottled directly from the tank during the extremely cold season, without any sterilization or flavor adjustments. The ginjo aroma is reminiscent of melon, green apples, and other fresh fruits, and the well-balanced richness and crispness of the finish are exceptional! Please enjoy it in a wine glass or other thin glass.
