味わいの特徴
This junmai ginjo is made from sake rice "sake mirai" owned by Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of "Jyushidai". The flavor is truly juicy. Yamagata Masamune has a grapefruit or muscat-like flavor, especially when using yeast No. 14, but with this rice, a more tropical fruit-like nuance emerges. This kind of atmosphere tends to appear in rice that is soft and easily soluble, but it is interesting that this characteristic appears in Sakemirai, which is a hard rice.
