This special junmai sake is made from 100% Hidahomare, Gifu Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing. The sake is bottled directly from the vat during the extremely cold season, and is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and unpasteurized. The ginjo aroma is reminiscent of aromatic fruits such as pears and apples, and the taste is exceptional, with a strong richness and a smooth finish. Recommended to drink on the rocks with ice!
