This sake is made exclusively from the "naka-tori" portion—the clearest part of the distillation process, excluding the initial "ara-nori" and the final "shime"—which is bottled separately. Upon tasting, a rich, floral aroma bursting with fruitiness fills the palate, and the delicate, transparent, and elegant flavor, harmonizing with the aroma, delivers a deep sense of satisfaction. Made entirely from Yamada Nishiki rice. Best served chilled. (
