味わいの特徴
Hana no Kaori, a year-round staple. Sakura Hana" is brewed with 50% Yamadanishiki produced in Wasui-cho and No. 9 yeast + 1801 yeast in order to give the impression of spring. It has an aromatic, delicate, and gentle flavor, with a floral and rice flavor, which is broken up by a positive bitterness, like a floral snowstorm. It is a beautiful sake with the most fragrant, gorgeous, gentle, feminine, and delicate aroma as its name "Hana-no-Ko" suggests, and the umami of rice spreads toward the mid-palate and is broken up by the positive bitterness.
