Takakiya Ginjousyu

- This ginjo-shu is made from 100% home-grown Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 50%, and fermented slowly at low temperature. It is made with Kumamoto yeast, which gives it a mild aroma and gentle flavor. The alcohol content has been adjusted to the 15% range in the hope that it can be enjoyed with food. It is recommended to be served chilled to room temperature.
