KID Muryozan Jummai daiginjo 35
Heiwa Shuzo|Wakayama
Heiwa Shuzo|Wakayama
- 味わいの特徴
- "Muryozan" is the pinnacle series of the Kido brand. The Yamamoto family, owners of Heiwa Shuzo, began brewing sake in 1928. Before that, the site was a temple called Muryozan Choganji. Naming it after this historical place is not mere nostalgia. Since its birth, countless people have passed down the culture of sake. We live in the present, within this vast history. Muryozan embodies not just clinging to tradition, but a resolve to evolve it further and pass on something even better to the future. It expresses the supreme flavor of Kishu's terroir, using only the highest grade Yamada Nishiki rice from the Special A region and the soft, pure water of Kishu, the origin of Kido. "Muryozan Junmai Daiginjo Rice Polishing Ratio 35%" is a sake with a clean, gentle aroma, a sweetness that blooms in the mouth, and a refreshingly clean finish. We recommend enjoying it in a wine glass to fully appreciate its aroma.
