Kobayashi Shuzo|Tochigi
- 味わいの特徴
- This sake, made from Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone) produced in Nanto, Toyama Prefecture, is characterized by its calm and gorgeous aroma and sharp taste. Please take your time and enjoy this sake cold or lukewarmly heated to experience the culture and history of sake called "cold wholesale". Cold sake is brewed in the bitter cold of winter, squeezed as new sake, and stored after being fired once. During the hot summer months, the sake is stored in the cool temperatures of the brewery, and when the autumn winds begin to blow, the sake is matured to the point where it can be enjoyed in its natural state without the second heating process that is usually required.
