- It is the most popular sake representing "Nokomi". It is a junmai ginjo made from locally grown Yamadanishiki in Kashima, and is the product of the farmers' and our passion for sake brewing. We aim to create a sake that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways so that it can be enjoyed in everyday life. It has a fruity aroma, but the flavor of Yamada-Nishiki is also well expressed, making it a perfect match with meals. Although it is a junmai ginjo, it can also be enjoyed slightly warmed. We would like to continue to make Junmai Ginjo that everyone loves.
