味わいの特徴

This sake is made from Koshihikari rice grown in Yoshika Town, which is nurtured in the headwaters of the Takatsu River, one of the clearest rivers in Japan, flowing through the western part of Shimane Prefecture.　The original flavor of the rice is utilized to create a mild, never tiring taste that goes well with all kinds of dishes, both Japanese and Western.
