No. Zero is a "balance of acidity, sweetness, and flavor." It has the highest acidity in the Tenmei series, the sweetest taste, and the flavor of "Zuiho Kogane," a rice that is used for food. While maintaining a good balance of these elements, we have created a sake that expresses the transparency typical of Tenmei.
