味わいの特徴
All of the Yamada-Nishiki grown in Hyogo Prefecture is used, and it is polished down to 50%, leaving only the purest starch, which gives it a robust sweetness and fine acidity, with a lingering full-bodied flavor derived from Yamada-Nishiki. It has an excellent sharpness after drinking. The label, which is in the style of a picture letter titled "Small Joy," was designed by the late Kazuro Hara, a literati artist who celebrates the spirit of good old Japan. The label was awarded the Silver Prize at the London Sake Challenge 2020. Won the highest gold medal in the premium junmai category at the Wineglass Delicious Sake Awards 2021. Winner of the Gold Medal in the Junmai Ginjo Sake category at the IWC2021 SAKE Competition.
