- 味わいの特徴
- The second name, "Sekirei" (wagtari), was inspired by the clean and refreshing feeling of drinking, similar to the trajectory of wagtails that glide in a straight line along the surface of the Nishiki River that runs in front of the brewery. This sake has an elegant aroma with melon-like fruitiness and a subtle sweetness, followed by a clean lingering taste.
