- 味わいの特徴
- This Junmai Daiginjo-shu is made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture and polished to 40%. After the top vatting, the sake is bottled without filtration, and each bottle is carefully heated and stored in refrigerated bottles to ensure thorough quality control. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma reminiscent of fruit, and its fruity, yet light and refreshing taste is superb. Immediately after the bottle is uncorked, the freshness and intensity of the wine is felt, and then it gradually becomes more cohesive and well-balanced. It is recommended to be served cold or at room temperature. Please enjoy its gorgeous aroma with a glass of wine.
