- 味わいの特徴
- Aizan is a rare variety grown in one region of Hyogo. It is characterized by a refreshing sweetness and acidity reminiscent of fruit. After the top vatting, it was bottled by hand the next day, heated the following week, and stored in cold storage for 6 months. It is aromatic, with powerful aromas of mature pears and apples predominating, with hints of floral nectar. Very fresh and juicy, the attack is soft and clear with a bright acidity. The lingering finish is refreshing and moderately long, with a mellow blend of acidity and discreet sweetness that fades away.
