味わいの特徴

This yuzu-shu is based on the ancient rice junmai-shu "Aimai Charm I MY ME Golden Junmai-shu" made from ancient red and green rice. It is made with yuzu grown in Tochigi Prefecture. It is made with a luxurious amount of yuzu juice and has a refreshing taste that will make you want a second glass, making it the perfect companion to our Ichigo Sake in terms of drinkability. It is made with straight yuzu juice produced in Tochigi prefecture and has a juicy taste. It is not too sweet and is one of our most popular yuzusyu liqueurs. We recommend drinking it on the rocks, with soda, or in a cocktail with tonic water. The Aimai Fascination I MY ME brand is centered on Aimai Fascination I MY ME Golden Junmai Sake, the first 100% ancient rice junmai sake in Japan, It is a series of Ancient Rice Wine and Liqueur. It was created after more than 13 years of trial and error using ancient rice (red rice and green rice) produced locally in Oyama City. Liqueurs based on golden junmai sake include plum, yuzu, strawberry, white peach, Onshu mandarin, and blueberry sake.
