All premium strawberry "Tochiotome" is used. This strawberry sake is based on the ancient rice sake "Aimai Charm I MY ME Golden Junmai Sake" which is made from ancient red and green rice. This strawberry sake is lavishly made with Tochiotome fruit juice, and its drinkability makes it a twin of our product Yuzu-shu in taste. The Aimai Fascination I MY ME brand is centered on "Aimai Fascination I MY ME Golden Junmai Sake," Japan's first 100% ancient rice pure rice sake, The I MY ME brand is a series of Ancient Rice Wine and premium liqueurs, centered on Japan's first 100% pure rice wine made from ancient rice. It was created after more than 13 years of trial and error using ancient rice (red rice and green rice) produced locally in Oyama City. Liqueurs based on the golden junmai sake include plum sake, yuzu sake, strawberry sake, white peach sake, Onshu mandarin orange sake, and blueberry sake.
