The only ingredients are junmai-shu (pure rice wine) and plums, and no sweeteners of any kind are used. Nanbu Bijin's special technique of "Zen-Koji Brewing" is applied to brew this sake to bring out the true flavor of junmai sake. The clean, light and mature taste goes well with a wide range of dishes.
