味わいの特徴
This 720ml "Shodoshima no Teru" Ginjo-Nama Nama-Shu is shipped in its unblended state after the ginjo-shu has been pressed and thoroughly refrigerated in the brewery. The fruity and gorgeous ginjo aroma of this sake is just as it should be. It is delivered in a wooden box handmade by craftsmen in Shodoshima. We recommend that you keep it refrigerated. Shodoshima no Ki" Ginjo-no-Nama-Shu is a freshly pressed, unpasteurized sake that is not filtered, sterilized by fire, or watered down (to adjust the alcohol content) as is usually done in the sake production process. This sake can only be enjoyed directly from the brewery. Please enjoy it well chilled or on the rocks. Since it is a pure sake, the ingredients will change during storage, so please drink it as soon as possible. (Refrigeration required).
