味わいの特徴

The sweet aroma of ripe banana, bitter almond, and plump rice wafts gently through the air. This is a drinkable junmai sake with a retro-looking label that has many fans. While there is a hint of astringency, the sweetness and umami are well pronounced, and the richness of the flavor spreads in the mouth. The lingering acidity sharpens the flavor even further. It is recommended to drink at room temperature or around 15℃ (after being out of the refrigerator for a while).
