味わいの特徴

The Impression series was created out of a strong desire to preserve the fresh, unpasteurized taste of the unrefined sake as it is pressed, while preserving the quality by heating the sake. The sake is made from the same unrefined sake as SakuHonochi and bottled directly after pressing. It is characterized by a slight carbonation.
