- About Ken-Aizan Ken-Aizan" is an Aizan produced in Mima City, Tokushima Prefecture, using "Aizan" as a seed. The "Ken" in "Ken-Aizan" is named after Mt. Kenzan (1955m above sea level) in Tokushima Prefecture. Mt. Kenzan is one of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan, and the spring water from its mountain path is also registered as one of the 100 most famous waters in Japan. Sake brewed at this "Kenaiyama" will be specially exhibited at this year's event.
