Sansho" is a daiginjo brewed with the highest grade of sake rice, "Hyogo Tokushu A Yamada-Nishiki", refined to 40% and brewed slowly at thoroughly controlled low temperatures. The aroma is gorgeous. It has a beautiful flavor with little cloying taste.
