- ESHIKOTO is an original brand of Ishidaya Co. ESHIKOTO AWA 2018 is made from Gohyakumangoku sake produced in Fukui Prefecture and brewed with Kuroryu Shuzo techniques. The sake is second fermented in the bottle for over 15 months, then racked and refrigerated for aging. It has a clear, dry taste and fine, elegant bubbles from the aging process.
