A new form of sake for the future. The "Hon" in "Hon Kido" means essence, like Hon Wasabi or Hon Tuna, and the sake is light to drink, yet has an authentic taste. We took advantage of the characteristics of clean water, such as the softness and purity typical of Kido. We have created a taste that is sweet, full, and satisfying on the palate. The "essence" of Kido is to spread the sake population. The low alcohol content will also make it more comfortable to drink, which will further expand the range of Japanese sake. This is the reason why we have included the idea of "making sake the standard sake of the future.
