Nichinichi is brewed with contract-cultivated Yamadanishiki from the former Yoneda Village in Hyogo Prefecture. Located in a mountainous area 50 meters higher than Akitsu, the slightly cooler farming village is characterized by its elegant flavor and pleasant acidity that beautifully expresses the delicate flavor of rice.
