Nigori (nigori) sake with a bright pink color, typical of spring. It has a refreshing and lively flavor with a sweet and sour taste reminiscent of strawberries. There is a possibility that carbon dioxide gas is generated due to secondary fermentation in the bottle. Please be careful when opening the bottle. In some cases, the gas vent may be blocked by unrefined sake or bubbles during the fermentation process. Please use a toothpick or needle to pierce the vent so that it can breathe.
