This sake was created in the pursuit of the potential of edible rice. Edible rice is generally not used much in ginjo-style brewing. Therefore, in order to explore its potential, we set the rice polishing ratio to 25% and polished the rice even more than conventional daiginjos. As the name "Queen" suggests, the taste of this sake has an elegant aroma and clear sweetness.
