Taste Characteristics A-type is a spin-off of "No.6", which is released on June 6 every year. This 2022 vintage is a spin-off of "No.6", which is released every year on June 6. The yield was drastically reduced due to late rice growth caused by unfavorable weather conditions. The rice was also somewhat insoluble. The taste, however, is slimmer, but more robust and generous than in previous vintages. This is a "nama-shu" because it is part of the No. 6 series. Generally, "nama-zake" is unheated, so the flavor changes quickly. Shinsei Shuzo recommends that all of its nama-shu be consumed within three months of shipment. We recommend drinking this product until around the end of August 2022.
