The cool, refreshing aroma is reminiscent of green apples. From the soft and clean mouthfeel, the acidity rises sharply and cleanly. The astringency in the back of the mouth tightens the entire flavor while leaving a calm richness in the bottom billion. The lingering finish continues with a slight dryness as the gentle mellowness envelops the palate once again.
