味わいの特徴
The rice is polished to 37% Yumeko from Aizu Sakashita, all koji is made using a medium box, and the sake is unmatured in a small brewing process. The yeast is composed of Utsukushima dream yeast F701 and our own yeast. It is a luxurious blend that has been carefully blended. The sake has a gentle yet strong flavor and width, and the second half is dry and crisp.
