味わいの特徴
The "No.6" series is Shinmasa's all-natural sake line. The "No. 6" series was conceived to directly convey the taste of Kyokai No. 6 yeast ----, which originated at the brewery, in its unheated form. The kuro-hozuri method is a near unpressurized collection method in which only the portion of the mash that drips under its own weight is collected after the mash is placed in a cotton bag. This precious sake was specially prepared for Craft Salmon Week. Please try the quintessence of "No.6 X-type 2023," which cannot be tasted ordinarily.
