For the first time in Japan, an even drier version of the clear type of "Tenagaeru" was created. Due to storage aging and secondary fermentation in the bottle, it took a long time to complete, and the 2022 vintage is finally ready. The mellow mouthfeel and the fine carbonation from the secondary fermentation in the bottle are still refreshing, but the sweetness has been slightly reduced. We hope you will enjoy this new style of low-alcohol sparkling sake "Tenkaeru", the first of its kind in the market.
