This sake is brewed using the most traditional sake brewing technique in existence, the "Namahashi-zukuri" method. No artificial lactic acid is used, and the sake is brewed using the power of nature, taking a lot of time and effort. The sake is brewed using up to 60% polished Omachi sake rice produced locally in Shimane Prefecture.
