The Black Label is one of the highest-volume products in the Abe series. Using Niigata yeast and minimally polished rice, it expresses the rice's natural umami. The characteristic Abe Shuzo acidity is also firmly present. This product is a limited edition from CSW2026. ※Important Sales Notes ■Caution When Opening ・This product's gas pressure may cause the cap to pop off easily. Exercise extreme caution when opening to avoid injury from the cap. Additionally, please be aware that the sake may spurt out upon opening. We recommend consuming it promptly after purchase. ■Storage and Opening Method ・Always store in the refrigerator and chill thoroughly before serving. ・Refrain from shaking or agitating the bottle before opening. ・Do not open the cap all at once; release the gas gradually while opening. Be cautious of spillage when opening. Prepare a well-chilled bottle. Gently loosen the cap by hand; you will hear the gas escaping. Immediately stop moving and firmly hold the cap down. Once the liquid level drops, loosen the cap slightly again. As soon as the liquid level rises, tighten the cap immediately. Repeat this "loosen → tighten" action carefully until the liquid level no longer rises to the bottle's opening. This method ensures safe opening.
