- This is a junmai daiginjo hon-nama sake made with “Yamada Nishiki” rice from Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture. It has an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel, with the sweetness and umami of high-quality rice perfectly balanced against its acidity. Aged at a low temperature (-5°C), it has a rounded texture and a rich, complex flavor. This product is a limited-edition release from CSW2026.
