- Although we normally do not sell unpasteurized sake at all, this is a special unpasteurized version of Sakuya no Chi Nakadori that we bottled exclusively for CSW. It has an even softer mouthfeel than pasteurized sake, with a pleasant spread of fruity sweetness and smooth umami. It offers an exceptional balance of clarity—free of any off-flavors—and richness, characteristics unique to Nakadori (the finest portion of the pressing process). Finish & Aftertaste: A well-balanced acidity and sharp, clean finish bring the entire profile together, leaving a long, pleasant aftertaste. This product is exclusive to CSW.
